Supplier orders, invoices and payment terms, shipping readiness, dependencies inside containers.
Payment control
Rules for confirming payments: paid, partially paid, overpaid, balance due. Visibility for accounting.
Warehouse & fulfillment
Order statuses, QR scanning, bin locations, box counts, labels and tracking handoff.
Shipping
FedEx and UPS nationwide, cold-chain packing for perishables, local delivery, pickup, proof of delivery.
Shopify & catalog
Consistent SKUs, stock, variants and categories across the store, accounting systems and suppliers.
Inventory & B2B
Separate retail and B2B stock, returns, case-to-unit conversion, unit cost.
Automation
Requirements and acceptance for Shopify, POS, QuickBooks, Airtable, ShipStation, Zendesk and in-house tools.
Reporting
Order flow metrics, fulfillment cycle, catalog risks, shipping cost checks.
Coordination
Aligning operations with IT, marketing, customer support, finance and outside partners.
