Principles

What moves me forward

Ownership

I own the result

People, processes and outcomes, not just my own area.

Clarity

Simple rules win

Clear statuses and written rules instead of verbal agreements.

Growth

Always improving

I keep learning and grow teams and the business with me.

People

Teams create results

Strong results come from people who know what to do and why.
