Approach

How I think about operations

A business grows faster when decisions don’t depend on one person’s memory. My job is to turn agreements into clear rules, and rules into systems that work every day.

Method in four steps

1

See the whole process

Walk the path from supplier to customer and mark where time, money and data get lost.

2

Write the rules

Define statuses, transitions and checkpoints. Every step gets an owner.

3

Move them into systems

Requirements and acceptance criteria, so rules live in Shopify, accounting and the warehouse, not in spreadsheets.

4

Accept and improve

Accept the result, watch order flow and exceptions, adjust rules based on facts.

Principles

What I hold myself to

Ownership

I own the result

People, processes and outcomes, not just my own area.

Clarity

Simple rules win

Clear statuses and written rules instead of verbal agreements.

Evidence

Decide on data

Thresholds, carriers and priorities are chosen from real orders, not guesses.

People

Teams create results

Strong results come from people who know what to do and why.

I define the business logic and accept the result. My job is to make procurement, warehouse, delivery and systems work as one chain.
